The way to human healing
Healing modalities have been around for centuries, anything from sound healing to reiki, as well as therapy, are all considered to be healing practices. But what we have not yet understood about these practices is what exactly is healing?
So what exactly is healing?
Healing can be described as a way of connecting completely to yourself in order to restore yourself to your original divine blueprint. Just imagine that as a baby you were born completely pure, with unconditional love only. Whilst growing up you were conditioned so deeply to be out of alignment from yourself, which means you learned well how to reject the who and what you really are. What healing does is that it gives you permission and space to restore this back so you are now completely aligned to yourself.
Exactly how do we heal ourselves?
Healing comes down to connection, and connection only. When we allow ourselves to heal, whether it is through therapy or any other healing capacity, what we are actually doing is being open through our hearts to the parts of us that we have rejected. This means we are allowing ourselves to connect to these parts, which is how connection works. By allowing yourself to connect to you, we are allowing the space for healing to occur.
