Start healing your body from today Connect to yourself daily Slow down and reconnect with yourself — your breath, your body, your needs. Even 5 minutes of stillness counts. Feel your emotions Let feelings move instead of storing them. Name them, write them, cry if needed. Emotions felt are emotions released. Use self-care intentionally Choose small acts that nourish you: rest, hydration, movement, warmth, healthy boundaries, kind self-talk. #body #healing
