The key to building resilience
I have struggled most of my life in building my resilience, many times falling too soon before learning my actual lesson due to this. However as luck would have it, this awakening journey pushed me to really build my resilience levels so no longer was I scared of what I once was. In this journey I learned how resilience works, and here I share the main key to this.
Feelings
What we may not understand about resilience as how the way resilience works is through being open to your feelings without fear. Your feelings are here to help you, to help you with EVERYTHING you could imagine in your life, and one of the reasons for having feelings and being conscious of this (living your life through feeling awareness), is that it holds the key to building your resilience in life.
What do feelings have to do with reslience?
The process of this works when you are OPEN to how you feel in every situation, this means that when you are in a ‘sticky’ situation you have to FEEL the feelings that come up for you. This means you have to feel it ALL within your body, meaning no distractions, no blocks, no ego/survival/coping mechanisms etc. This can be quite painful in a way as you are now showing the universe that you are willing to feel. Usually in life we like to run away from our feelings as it is not something we are familiar with. So in doing this you are creating a vulnerable space for yourself. However in this vulnerability, you end up realising how strong you really are. This then builds up the resilience within you as now you have faced and accomplished a deep wound for yourself. Therefore from now on you have the resilience to face whatever may arise in your life, which in turn encourages confidence.
