The rising of consciousness (the ascension process)

The ascension is the awakening we are all experiencing; whether it is a relationship break down (karmic wounds) or a change of career, or maybe you are just being faced with some unusual circumstances. Whatever it is, changes are now occurring on the earth because of the rising of consciousness. We are all being asked to confront ourselves and align to our true nature.

Nature is healing

Mother earth is in 5D vibration, which means it holds healing powers for us to stay in our heart centre, finding peace and calmness in whatever situation we are in. Use nature, go outside and listen to the presence of you in a more heart healing environment.

Water is powerful for your body

Do you know how healing water is? This will help immensely when feeling low or anxious, it has the healing powers of mother earth in its cells, activating you to heal with it.

Stay within your heart

When we get impacted by the external, we are being too open with our senses and not able to connect fully with ourselves. Start practicing being in your heart space by daily heart connection exercises.

This is a process; so be patient

Every moment comes with a certain angle to be experienced, and no moment is permanent. The ascension brings on changes, including lighter ones. Learning presence in your life will help you surrender and be open to the shifts for you to make.

Connect to your feelings

This is one of the most significant aspects to learning through life; when we are present with our feelings, we are within ourselves, allowing ourselves to shift and transform to a new us. It also brings in self-compassion in order to make it even easier for yourself to get through your experiences.

Use your resources

Therapy can support what you are going through, even just talking about your life experiences can help release what you have been internalising. Don’t be afraid to use what you need for yourself, isolating yourself is one of the worst things you can do.
